STÚ-K is a consulting firm with a large scope of activities in the building industry. STÚ-K team has been involved in few national and also international projects on energy targeted housing renova- tions, with special focus on large panel buildings. Main field of expertise are energy efficiency of buildings, ICT solutions for housing and building industry, strategic asset management, structural design, repairs of reinforced concrete structures, technical assessment of buildings, technical in- spections and supervisions.

Other specific activities are mainly standardization and strategic studies for governmental bodies responsible for housing policy.

STU-K team has sufficient knowledge potential and relevant professional background to contribute to the fulfilment of all important tasks within the proposed project.
