Above is a short video that introduces RentalCal in the German language. Here you'll find some background on the information presented on the website and a summary of the content. Below is a link to the RentalCal webtool that allows for cost-benefit analysis of an energy efficiency retrofit, the manual and some case stories. 

In the menue to the left, you'll find more information in form of an overview of the German rental market, factsheets on the German rental market, more about the tool, articles and links and a presentation of the German partners in the RentalCal project.

The tab ‘more about the tool’ provides a collection of additional information and tools related to the application of the RentalCal profitability calculation tool, mostly in German.

Oberhalb dieses Texts finden Sie ein Einführungsvideo zum Projekt in deutscher Sprache. Darunter finden Sie einen Link zum RentalCal-Webtool zur Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnung energetischer Modernisierungsmaßnahmen im Mietwohnungsbestand, sowie dem Nutzerhandbuch zum Tool und einigen Beispielfällen.

Im Menü am linken Rand der Seite finden Sie weitere Informationen über den Mietwohnungsmarkt in Deutschland, Datenblätter und Artikel, die im Rahmen des Projekts erstellt wurden und eine kurze Vorstellung der deutschen Projektpartner.

Über die Schaltfläche „more about the tool“ gelangen Sie außerdem zu einer Sammlung weiterer nützlicher Informationen und Hilfsmittel im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung des Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungstools.
