The RentalCal Web Tool beta version is online
The general objective for the tool is to pioneer a wide-ranging, straightforward tool providing an open and objective comparison of the retrofit opportunities available to investors in the residential rental market. The tool is developed as a Microsoft Excel-based tool, and it adopts established methodologies and valid input parameters to evaluate various energy retrofits and costs of such investment opportunities.
You will see that the beta version still is work in progress. We received many valuable recommendations by the stakeholders we are in touch with. It is a challenge to integrate those recommendations - we are working on it! It is not just the tool but a parallel established user manual and printable documents for those who want to carry some paper with them. Additional functionalities ( like sensitivity analysis) are in preparation.
However if you want to have a first go you are most welcome to do this.
